Terms and Conditions for Training Registration

By registering for a training program provided by Resilience Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before submitting your registration.

1. Eligibility

Our training programs are available to professionals, entities, and institutions in both the public and private sectors, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. We reserve the right to accept or decline registrations based on relevance, availability, or strategic alignment.

2. Registration Confirmation

Submitting the registration form does not constitute automatic enrollment. Registrations are subject to review, and a confirmation email will be sent upon approval.

Minimum Participant Requirement

Each training program requires a minimum enrollment of fifteen (15) participants. If this threshold is not met by the scheduled start date, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the program. In such cases, all fees paid by registered participants will be refunded in full.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Where applicable, full payment must be made prior to the start of the training program.

  • Payment details, including applicable VAT (as per Saudi tax law), will be shared upon confirmation.

  • Unpaid registrations may be canceled at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to qualify for a refund.

  • Failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the training fee.

  • Resilience Hub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training session. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or alternate session.

5. Participant Conduct

Professional behavior is expected at all times. Any misconduct or disruption may result in removal from the program without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and presentations shared during training are the property of Resilience Hub and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for any commercial or unauthorized purpose without prior written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data solely for registration, communication, and administration of the training programs. All data is handled in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations of Saudi Arabia.

8. Limitation of Liability

Resilience Hub makes every effort to ensure high-quality and relevant training but does not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Kingdom.
